Company will represent a production (feature film or short film) for a flat fee determined at initial consultation.
Representation includes:

Single purpose entity formation;
•
Above the line agreements
including but not limited to producer contracts, executive producer
•
contracts,
director agreement, and casting director agreement;
•
Investor contracts;
•
SAG representation (obtaining SAG signatory status,
working closely with the representative and
•
the
production to ensure that the film is in
compliance with its SAG contract);
•
DGA representation, if applicable;
•
WGA representation, if applicable;
•
Cast Agreements including working with the casting
director to execute initial short form contracts,
•
obtaining SAG contracts, finalizing long form cast
agreements for key cast;
•
Crew Agreements including keys, assistants and post-production
contracts;
•
Clearances including but not limited to obtaining
company and personal releases required for the E&Oinsurance policy;
•
On Call Legal Advice During Production- a representative
of the company will be available by phone for any ‘on set’ issues;
•
Legal Advise Related to Insurance Coverage, Review
and Negotiate Location Agreements, Licenses, and
o other Production Contracts
• plans/investment memorandum;
• Draft a new business plan with client for purposes including single purpose company
• for the production equity of a feature film, short film or television series.

• Representation Agreements for Managers, Talent Agents, Producer’s Representative and Sales Agent
• Distribution and License Agreement for Feature and Short Film
• not limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiating producer agreements, assignments, and joint ventures.
• Provide legal advise and representation with reference to protecting show concepts and treatments.
• Provides representation for submissions to third party producers, financiers and production companies.
• Reviews, prepares and advises for trademark registration of marks/logos/brands.
• Represents clients before Trademark Appeal Board prosecutes and defends trademark oppositions.
• Represents clients copyright infringement and/or trademark infringement claims.
